Administration Clerk

Description

Administration Clerk to support daily office, factory, and shop operations. Handling emails, phone calls, messages, and attending to shop customers Providing general office, factory, and administrative supportData capturing, record keeping, and maintaining accurate files (staff, production, invoices, deliveries) Preparing and updating cutting sheets, factory ratings, timing records, and job cards Monitoring daily production output and work-in-progress • Inventory checks, stock taking, and overall stock control

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or a related field At least 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (manufacturing or factory environment preferred) Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel Bookkeeping or accounting exposure is an added advantage Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
