Sales Executive. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth for the construction company by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting construction services and projects. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events Meet potential clients to understand project requirements and present company capabilities and solutions Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with technical and estimation teams Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to close sales deals

Requirements

A Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Civil Engineering or related 4 years proven experience as a Sales Executive in the construction, real estate, or building materials industry Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project lifecycles Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications will be an added advantage
