Description

Management of the procurement process, contract management and record keeping Gather data required for consolidating annual procurement plan and submit to Procurement Officer. Gather data required for supply market intelligence and spend analysis. Receive internal purchase requisitions and interrogate them to ensure they are in line with approved procurement plan and have adequate detail to develop a sound approach to the market. Draft RFQs/ RFPS/EOIs/Bidding documents/ Procurement notices/Notification of awards. Identify and propose the most appropriate procurement methods for procurements. Initiate procurement process in EGP.

Requirements

National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supply Management or equivalent is an added advantage. Five (5) Ordinary level passes including English and Maths/Accounts. Experience in public procurement an added advantage. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in procurement.
