Description

The Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements, and supporting senior management in financial planning and decision-making.Prepare and maintain financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing Perform bank and ledger reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) are preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably within manufacturing or engineering industries. Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
