To manage and oversee the full accounting function of the organisation, ensuring accurate financial records, strong internal controls, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely financial reporting, using Pastel and other accounting software. Maintain full set of accounting records using Pastel and other accounting packages Prepare monthly management accounts, income statements, and cash flow reports Perform bank, cash, debtors, creditors, and loan portfolio reconciliationsOversee loan accounting, interest recognition, arrears, and provisions Ensure accurate capture of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities Prepare and submit statutory returns (ZIMRA, NSSA, regulatory bodies etc

Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2
