The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Develop, coordinate, and evaluate training programs Maintain accurate training and development records Prepare job descriptions, advertise positions, and manage the hiring process Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory deductions Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries Conduct onboarding and off boarding process
