As a Reservationist, you will be the crucial link between our clients and their ultimate African adventure. You will manage the entire booking process, ensuring exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of our diverse product offerings, especially our signature Victoria Falls activities and multi-day safari packages.
Requirements
Education: A Tourism/Hospitality Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Reservations or similar administrative role within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage high-volume bookings.
