Description
Business Development Representative, who will be responsible for creating and maintaining solid relationships and making business decisions.
It is expected in their job to seamlessly complete target deadlines and delegate tasks to subordinates. They plan ways to grow the business, find areas of client needs, manage business negotiations, and review and approve other business decisions. Moreover, they should be able to have good working relationships with employees and clients, so good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
At least three (3) years of experience as a Business Development Representative or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders and to effectively articulate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
