Description

Consolidate and analyze daily turnovers and sales reports. Verify and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock data. Calculate and consolidate actual gross profit (GP) results. Maintain and update raw material and costing files. Update and manage recipes, prices, and menu items in the system.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Statistics & Operations Research, Data Analysis, Mathematics, or related quantitative field. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Statistician or Data Analyst in the FMCG sector. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (INDEX & MATCH, XLOOKUP, OFFSET, SUMIFS). Experience with data cleaning tools such as Power Query, Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI).
