Requirements
A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Sales Agronomist with strong knowledge of fertilizers and crop nutrition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
Willingness to travel extensively across regions as required.
