Leadership and management of the ICT division, managing staff, and overseeing IT projects from conception to completion. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software. Ensuring data security and IT compliance through strategic solutions, developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Managing the ICT budget, forecasting future resource requirements, and controlling costs. Managing and liaising with third party vendors to ensure services are delivered effectively and within budget. Designing and executing change management initiatives and liaising with other departments, senior leadership, customers and stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
