Bachelor's degree in Business management, Marketing or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the paint manufacturing or construction industry. Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and development strategic sales plans.
