Track safety performance metrics and prepare safety reports for management review. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation, standards, and client requirements. Maintain accurate safety records, inspection reports, training logs, and incident reports. Facilitate internal and external safety audits and inspections. Oversee and ensure the safety, health, and well-being of personnel involved in construction, SMPP installation, rigging, slinging, heavy lifts, and manual rigging activities.
