Based in Harare and reporting to the SHEQ Manager, the successful applicant will among other aspects be responsible for: Engaging suppliers for corrective action regarding non-conforming raw materials by identifying the problem or violation, recording it and taking appropriate action. Monitoring sour dough recycling and disposing discarded sour dough as per standard. Analysing and inspecting finished packaged products by ensuring that they are sealed, clipped and have batch codes. Root cause and troubleshooting on customer complaints and in-house product challenges.
