Description
The Product Specialist will be responsible for driving the sales, technical support, and market development of our specific product lines within the Zimbabwean market. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, product applications, and market dynamics to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to promote and sell Sandvik M and C products, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Provide expert technical advice and support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, (Mining, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred), Business, or a related technical field.
Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in sales, technical support, or product management within the mining, construction, or heavy machinery industry.
In-depth knowledge of Sandvik M and C products and their applications is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the Zimbabwean mining and construction market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Results-oriented with a proven
