SavannahPro is a professional services company that provides skilled teams and managed delivery to US-based clients. We are not a staffing agency — we employ our people directly, provide all required equipment and office infrastructure, and remain actively involved in supporting our team day to day. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor or Estimator — or a Mechanical/Structural Engineer with hands-on estimating experience — to join our Greendale, Harare office. You will be a SavannahPro employee, working from our office, fully supported by our team, and integrated into the estimating workflow of our major US roofing client.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building estimation, quantity surveying, or construction cost management. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documents. Proficiency with takeoff or estimating tools (e.g. Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, CostX, or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Clear written and spoken English. Willingness and ability to work US Central Time hours (approximately 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Zimbabwe time).
