Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Protos cigarette making machines. Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic & vacuum systems. Ensure machines consistently operate at rated speed while achieving quality and waste targets. Minimise downtime through timely fault diagnosis and effective repairs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts usage. Ensure compliance with company safety and quality management systems. Work closely with Production and Quality teams to maximise plant efficiency. Coach maker operators on autonomous maintenance.
