Maintenance Manager

Description

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across the operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all maintenance work to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and availability while minimizing downtime. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and experience in managing maintenance teams in a similar environment. Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
