The Role As a key member of the maintenance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency and performance of sophisticated thermoforming and packaging equipment within a fast-paced production environment. Your duties will include: Preventative and reactive maintenance on thermoforming and packaging machinery Mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting Breakdown diagnosis and repair Line changeovers and machine optimisation Continuous improvement initiatives Root cause analysis of recurring equipment failures Working closely with production and engineering teams to maximise uptime
