Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Fitter to join their maintenance team based in Penfield Gardens. This position is ideal for a trade-qualified fitter with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and machinery to minimise downtime Conduct fault finding, diagnostics and repairs Complete scheduled maintenance, equipment installations and improvement projects

Requirements

Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Fitter or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance environment Strong mechanical maintenance skills Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities Experience working with preventative maintenance systems Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
