• Proven experience in microfinance or lending will be an added advantage • Strong ability to source clients and grow a loan book • Leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing subordinates • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Results-driven with the ability to work under targets • Basic financial literacy and understanding of lending principles • Willingness to work in the field as required
