Description
Provide first-line technical support and resolve employee support requests. Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and related ICT equipment. Support local area networks, wireless connectivity and communication systems. Support CCTV, access control and other network-based security systems. Maintain ICT asset registers and conduct preventive maintenance across sites.
Requirements
Diploma, HND or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field. Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in ICT technical support or infrastructure support. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications. Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and structured cabling. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco or MikroTik certification is an added advantage.
