Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance, renovation, and improvement projects from inception to completion. Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and the performance of contractors. Inspect plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, water systems, and other essential equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and resolve issues affecting guest comfort and resort operations. Manage maintenance tools, equipment, spare parts, and inventory. Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and ensure the efficient use of resources. Coordinate external contractors and service providers. Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and relevant statutory requirements. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations and guest satisfaction.
