Description

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of Chewore Conservation Trust, ensuring compliance with international financial standards, donor requirements and statutory regulations. The role includes financial reporting, budgeting, payroll management, treasury functions, procurement oversight, audit coordination and financial planning.

Requirements

Applicants must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or CA (preferred). Minimum 5 years’ financial management experience. Experience within NGOs, conservation projects or donor-funded organisations. Strong knowledge of IFRS and donor compliance requirements. Audit management experience. Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency. Excellent leadership and communication skills. High levels of integrity and attention to detail. Ability to relocate to Chewore South Safari Area.
