Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Demand Planner within Baker’s Inn Sales & Distribution, Northern Region, Harare. The successful candidate will drive demand forecasting and planning across the business, ensuring product availability is aligned with market demand, sales activity, and operational capacity in a high-paced FMCG environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, sales analysis, or a related analytical role, preferably within FMCG. Strong forecasting and analytical capability, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Power BI, ERP, and demand planning systems will be an added advantage.
