Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, receipts, payments and journal entries. Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements and customer accounts. Process supplier invoices and payments and prepare and follow up on customer invoices. Monitor debtor and creditor balances and resolve discrepancies and queries. Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT, PAYE and Withholding Tax. Assist with management accounts and monthly financial reporting. Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation. Maintain financial controls and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance. Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of financial documents. Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
