Description

We are a small business seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk. Key Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, performing bank, supplier and customer reconciliation in a timely manner, processing invoices, payments, and receipts, preparing and maintaining financial reports and schedules, assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes, monitoring and following up on outstanding balances, supporting audits by providing required documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements by preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, finance or related field - Minimum of 1 years to 2 years in an accounting or finance role. - Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Provisional Driver's licence
