Accountant

Description

Our client is a fast-growing, integrated communications business operating across advertising, branding, media and production, serving corporate clients across Zimbabwe. Multiple client projects run concurrently at any given time, deadlines shift quickly, and execution speed is a genuine competitive advantage. As the business continues to scale, our client is appointing an Accountant to strengthen financial governance while helping to improve operational systems and financial processes. This is a considerably broader role than traditional bookkeeping, and offers genuine scope to shape how the finance function operates as the organisation grows. Reporting to senior leadership, the Accountant will contribute across financial reporting, management reporting, internal controls, systems improvement, process redesign and commercial decision support. This is a role for someone who is technically strong but commercially practical — comfortable reviewing existing systems, redesigning inefficient processes, and working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, project­based environment.
