The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, financial sustainability, sound financial management, effective budgeting, robust internal controls, regulatory compliance, cost optimisation and business decision support. Drive achievement of revenue, profitability and financial sustainability targets. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and budgetary control. Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, financial statements and Board reports. Strengthen financial controls, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance. Optimise operating costs, improve the cost-to-income ratio and implement cost-saving initiatives.
