Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting operations across the institution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Prepare financial reports for management, the Board of Directors, and regulatory authorities. Develop annual budgets and produce financial forecasts and projections. Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent mismanagement. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
